I think in systems.
Right now I'm building an AI-enabled mobile platform where users share their service experiences and the system quietly learns from them — feeding business owners insight on improvements, new services, and smarter pricing.
I also support T-Mobile for Business supporting design systems and improving and modernizing T-Mobile's enterprise products.
Case studies are cool and all…
Here is a look into how I think, and how I solve problems and handle certain situations.
…more to come
But if you do want case studies…
Payroll reporting
Saving Teamshares ~$3.1 million annually without adding or subtracting headcount.
Building an Applicant Tracking System for Presidents

Pivoting from a builder, to a data observability platform
How a discovery in research forced a pivot that opened doors for Meroxa.

Design decisions don't just neatly fall where you intend them to. Drop something into a product and the effects of the addition travel through adjacent features, through the systems underneath, through the people on the other end of it. I think of a product less like a collection of screens and more like a lake. Disturb one part and the whole surface moves.
At Teamshares, designing a payroll analysis dashboard for one team's workflow ended up solving a cap table management problem for an entirely different team — one nobody had asked me to fix. That's what systems thinking actually looks like in practice. Not just asking "does this solve the problem" but "where does this go from here."
